Small Back Room created the Regent Street brand over 10 years ago.
In my time at small back room I was the brand guardian. The signature piece of work each year is the retail opportunities brochure. Every year, The Crown Estate commissions a piece of editorial design to send out to all the current retailers on Regent Street to let everyone know who their neighbours are and some interesting facts and figures about the street.
This edition moved more towards a lexicographical style merged with fashion editorial going from from A-Z, with every spread having a distinct style to reflect the character and variety on Regent Street. Also included every year is a Goad of Regent Street as a locator map. This year, the two elements were split into a brochure and a foldout, all contained within a bespoke slipcase.
